Hi! I’m Charali (Charlie). I’ve been baking for 10 years and my passion for gluten-free baking began when I was diagnosed celiac. I realized how limited my options were and set my sights on creating great-tasting, gluten free foods. Now, I pour that passion into every loaf, cookie, and recipe.

Snowberry Bakery started with a simple goal: to make gluten-free bread that actually tastes amazing. As someone who understands the struggle of finding gluten-free food that doesn’t feel like a compromise, I made it my mission to craft sourdough loaves and baked goods that bring joy to every bite.
