This year I tried to order a birthday cake for our daughter from our usual local bakery. We apparently fell through the cracks and were very let down days before the birthday party. A friend connected me with Charali and she made a gluten-free, vegan, chocolate cake for my daughter's birthday. It was SO good! People who don't usually like cake even liked it. Hi! I’m Charali (Charlie). I’ve been baking for 10 years and my passion for gluten-free baking began when I was diagnosed celiac. I realized how limited my options were and set my sights on creating great-tasting, gluten free foods. Now, I pour that passion into every loaf, cookie, and recipe.

Snowberry Bakery started with a simple goal: to make gluten-free bread that actually tastes amazing. As someone who understands the struggle of finding gluten-free food that doesn’t feel like a compromise, I made it my mission to craft sourdough loaves and baked goods that bring joy to every bite.

What started as a personal journey in my home kitchen soon grew into something bigger- bringing gluten-free goodness to the Missoula community. At Snowberry Bakery, we believe that gluten-free baking should be just as flavorful, textured, and satisfying as traditional baking.
