This year I tried to order a birthday cake for our daughter from our usual local bakery. We apparently fell through the cracks and were very let down days before the birthday party. A friend connected me with Charali and she made a gluten-free, vegan, chocolate cake for my daughter's birthday. It was SO good! People who don't usually like cake even liked it. We also don't usually finish our cakes if there are leftovers but this time we ate it all! Charali was so kind and helpful, we will happily support her for all of our future baking needs.
The everything bagels are absolutely DELICIOUS! I've had Charali's everything bagels a few different times and every time they hit right. They are airy, bouncy, yummy, and even my friends can't tell they are gluten free! I have have loved her bread, cookies, and other delicious things. I'd recommend her treats to anyone looking for celiac friendly gluten free baked goods.
